Hello all….  We recently had the pleasure of assisting a special couple bring their amazing vision of  an intimate romantic wedding.  Feifei and Clyde were wed at the River’s Edge Catering and Conference Center located on the Patuxent River Naval Base, Patuxent River, MD.  Fefei and Clyde wanted their wedding to reflect both the bride and groom’s cultural backgrounds.  They also love circles.  So, round objects were worked into the design scheme along with the colors of teal blue and shades of pink.  They exchanged vows on the lawn (more…)

Hello all….  We recently had the pleasure of assisting a special couple bring their amazing vision of  an initimate and unique wedding to life.  Kelie and John were wed at the Hotel Palomar located  in Arlington, VA.  Kelie had a vision of a romantic, elegant, and very personable wedding.  She wanted to look back and see reflections of her and John throughout the wedding. Kelie selected vibrant colors of purple accented with orange and dark red.  These colors, combined together, were absolutely stunning.  (more…)

Hello all…. We were so blessed to share in the planning and union of a very special couple. April and Kevin’s vision of a fun, energetic, yet elegant wedding were fulfilled on July 3, 2011 at the Solas Restaurant located in Raleigh, NC.  The couple lives in Greensboro, NC and have family all throughout the East Coast as well as the Midwest. They wanted to host their wedding at a venue that was unique and in a location with many opportunities for family activities. The colors of the wedding were teal blue and dark red. The bridesmaids wore flowing strapless dresses from David’s Bridal. While the groomsmen were decked out in black tuxedos. The ceremony was held on the rooftop under cabanas that presented a relaxing yet elegant feel.  (more…)

Hello all….  We recently had the pleasure of assisting a fun loving couple bring their amazing “Nautical” themed wedding to life.  Heather, a wedding planner herself, created a magical vision of all things nautical for her wedding day.  The colors of the wedding were navy blue and white. Heather and Jacob were wed in Solomons, Md.  The bridesmaids wore simple navy blue dresses from J Crew. While the groomsmen were decked out in black tuxedos.  They rented a beautiful trolley to transport the bridal party to the hotel, church, and reception venue as they were all less than a mile apart.  This was a special treat.  It added such character and a keen sense of charm to the wedding day.  (more…)

Hello all…. We have a love and passion for weddings, but we also plan other events.  In April of this year, we assisted the Marquis family plan their beautiful daughter’s Bat Mitzvah.  Family and friends from all over the US joined us to celebrate this wonderful time in Sammie’s life.  Sammie is a rock star at heart and wanted a “Hollywood Glam” theme for her celebration with lots of purple.  (more…)

Hello all….  We are so excited to share photos of one of our recent weddings.   Jessica and Nick sealed their solemn vow at Holy Family Catholic Church on May 14, 2011. This bride’s vision was all about shades of purple accented with bling.  The Groom and groomsmen were decked out in steel gray tuxedos.  Jessica wore a mermaid style Alfred Angelo wedding dress that whispered elegance and high fashion all at once.  The bridesmaids wore similar mermaid style dresses in light and dark shades of purple.   The bridal flowers that were created by Floral Accents brought all of these elements together. Hello all….  In the first part of October, we had the pleasure of assisting a wonderful couple bring their spectacular vision of  a “Vintage-Chic” themed wedding to life.  Ashleigh and Kevin were wed at the Historic Sotterley Plantation located  in Hollywood, MD.  The “Vintage-Chic”themed wedding vibed so well with the rustic barn and historical feel of the venue.  (more…)
