Hello World! TreBella Events has finally joined the blogging community. How exciting! Blogging is such a fun and personal way of communicating. I could not-not be a part of it. So here we go!
TreBella Events’ blogs will be a place to come for new ideas, design trends, etiquette advice, tables-capes, and so much more. You will also see updated pictures from the Web site’s Gallery page. The blog will provide more details such as vendors used and the thoughts behind the design concepts. I hope that you enjoy the posts.
In my first post I had to share a venue that I visited for the first time – The Spirit of Baltimore Cruise Ship.

I am a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC).
“ABC is the oldest and largest organization exclusively serving wedding professionals, and we have been training wedding coordinators since 1955.” www.bridalassn.com
ABC holds quarterly meetings at different venues for the planners to visit and experience different/new locales. The Summer Quarterly Dinner Meeting of the Maryland Chapter was held on this cruise ship.
Just to give you some insight on a trend, some brides are opting for an intimate wedding that includes 20-40 people. A private ceremony would be held on the top deck dockside with the captain dressed in his formal white uniform and serving as the officiant. The ceremony would last for approx. 20 min. The wedding reception would continue on the dining deck with the wedding cake, champagne toasts, etc. included.
Please note, there are Spirit Cruise ships in Washington DC. Visit the www.spiritcruises.com website for more information.
There are similar ceremonies available on Charters in Annapolis, MD. www.watermarkcruises.com

Until we speak again…
