Hello all,

We had the extreme pleasure of working with some amazing vendors to come up with a New Year’s Eve Masquerade themed photoshoot.  Immediately, I knew the location had to be a historic venue reminiscent of New Orleans’s French Quarters.  Newton White Mansion located in Mitchellville, MD fit the bill.  This location has grandeur mixed with elegance.  The colors selected were gold, black, white, and Pantone’s 2015 Color of the Year – Marsala.  We wanted to give inspiration for the newly deemed color for 2015.  Munaluchi Bridal featured our photoshoot on New Year’s Eve.   Judah Avenue captured the detail beautifully.    We hope you agree.

We pulled together some really cool details including this amazing mask and red bottom shoes to kick off the shoot.

 

Even our model needed to gather her thoughts and have a moment before starting the shoot.

Lights, Camera, Action!!!! Janelle looked amazing in simple chiffon fabric and sexy nightie.  This type of photo would likely be presented to the groom as a surprise.

Made Divine, created amazing stationery items for the shoot.  She played off of the black feather that I showed her early in the process.  I love, love, love the look of the stationery suite.

Ahhh…. He saw her for the first time.  Magical….

We wanted to create a lush and edgy bouquet to flow with look of the masks.

Capes were added to add elegance and poise to the overall look.

Carine’s Bridal Atelier provided the amazing dresses for the shoot.  The bride wore Liancarlo and the bridesmaids wore Monique Lhuillier.

The tablescape was a blend of many textures and rich colors.  Feathers and gold accents were added for more detail.

The amazing dessert display was created by Desserts by Dana.  He is awesome!  The desserts taste as good as they look.
