This package includes the coordination of your ceremony and reception.
We will:
Meet 2 months prior to the wedding to discuss the details and timeline
Visit Ceremony and Reception site for a walk through with vendors
Confirm vendor services 3 weeks prior to wedding date
Create detailed itinerary for the vendors & wedding party
Direct Rehearsal (1.5 hours)
Assist with hotel room staging and preparation during makeup and hair services on the day of the wedding for pre ceremony photos
Assist Photographer with staging the First Look (if needed)
Arrange special items for ceremony (unity candle, wedding programs, etc.)
Distribute final payments to necessary vendors
Coordinate vendors in adherence to the timeline
Organize wedding party for processional, recessional, and entrance to the reception
Arrange special items for reception (toasting glasses, favors, table numbers, etc.)
Deliver wedding gifts to designated person(s) at the end of reception
Organize formal send off at the end of the reception

*Note: This package is based on the Bride & Groom having completed all planning and arrangements for their wedding. Any additional work not specified in the package description will require an hourly fee charge.
